Brett C. La Cues graduated from the University of San Diego in 2000. He majored in Economics with minors in Business and International Relations. While attending USD, he studied abroad in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Mr. La Cues graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2004. He was the recipient of The Honorable Gerald Brown award for scholastic achievement. While attending USD School of Law, he studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain.
Mr. La Cues was admitted in 2004 to practice in the State of California. He is also admitted in the United States District Court, Central District and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. LaCues’ practice emphasizes business litigation, commercial collections, personal injury and real estate law in state and federal courts.
